 I earned my National Board Certification in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork in Washington State in 2000. I have been helping women with self-care, rehabilitation and healing for over 25 years.  I hold certifications in Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy and Advanced Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, Birthing Doula and Nail Technology. Adjacent to this, I have an equal amount of experience in Medical insurance billing. I can confidently manage insurance billing for those who prefer it. I am an Integrative Wellness Practitioner. My Integrative approach to healing compliments modern Medical practices and medicine, therefore assuring you a more holistic and interconnected experience.  From Prenatal to Perimenopause, Arthritis, Back Pain, Joint Pain and stiffness, Diabetic neuropathy, Pharmaceutical dependency, (or just relaxation) all have benefited from my treatments.
